Charmify Inc (o/a GET 360) ("GET 360," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of clients, individuals who communicate or work with us, and participants involved in research studies conducted through our network of suppliers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our services.


1. Scope of this Policy
 

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Clients and prospective clients who engage our services or communicate with us;

  • Individuals who visit our website (www.get360inc.com);

  • Individuals participating in research studies through third-party sample suppliers we engage on behalf of our clients.
     

Please note: GET 360 does not directly collect or process personal information from respondents. All respondent data is collected, stored, and managed by third-party suppliers or partners who operate in compliance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
 

2. Our Role in Data Collection
 

GET 360 generally acts as a data processor's agent or service provider, not as the data controller, in the context of respondent data. We follow client instructions and facilitate the research execution process, relying on third-party suppliers for data collection and compliance with legal frameworks.
 

GET 360 operates as a research operations firm. We specialize in sourcing appropriate samples for quantitative and qualitative research projects. In doing so, we:

  • Work with vetted third-party suppliers and panels to recruit respondents;

  • Advise clients on sampling and fieldwork strategies;

  • Coordinate survey execution through our supplier network.
     

GET 360 acts as an intermediary and manages the delivery of research samples through its supplier relationships. We do not directly host surveys or collect survey responses. Any personal data collected during research participation is subject to the privacy policies of the third-party supplier or the commissioning client.
 

In limited cases, during the recruitment process, respondents may be informed of the client commissioning the study to establish transparency and build confidence in participation. This disclosure is made solely for the purpose of facilitating informed consent and does not include any personal information beyond what is necessary for participation.



3. Information We May Collect
 

We retain business contact information collected from clients and prospects for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including contractual obligations, support, legal, or tax compliance. If requested, we will delete or anonymize the data, subject to legal or operational limitations.
 

We may collect limited personal or business contact information directly from clients or prospective clients. This may include:

  • Name, job title, company name

  • Business email address, phone number

  • Billing or invoicing information (if applicable)
     

This information is collected strictly for client servicing and business relationship purposes. It is not used for respondent recruitment or survey research.

We do not collect or store personal data from individuals participating in research studies. This information is collected and managed by our third-party suppliers and is not accessible to GET 360 unless explicitly shared under contractual terms. Any respondent data shared with clients is governed by the privacy policy of the supplier or commissioning client.
 

As a general practice, GET 360 does not disclose personally identifiable information (PII) of research participants—whether business professionals or consumers—unless explicitly authorized and necessary for the study. In such cases, only the minimum information required (e.g., first name or respondent ID) may be shared to protect participant confidentiality.
 

4. Use of Information
 

We use the limited personal information we collect solely to:

  • Communicate with clients and prospects;

  • Manage project coordination, billing, and support;

  • Share proposals, feasibility, and updates related to research engagements;

  • Maintain business relationships and improve our services.
     

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or resale.

We take reasonable organizational and technical steps to protect any information we control. However, no system can be completely secure. We encourage all parties to use secure methods when sharing sensitive data and limit disclosure to only what is necessary.


9. Children’s Privacy
 

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 for B2B research, or under the legal age of consent for research participation as defined by applicable law in the respondent’s country for consumer research. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If we become aware that such data has been provided, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
